What should I ask? What else? Why did I receive an unhelpful answer?

In the world where every step is a competition, the winner is the one who understands context faster.

Competition comes from the business, clients, partners, peers and the economic environment we live in. We compete with time, budgets, quality and expectations. The difference is then made not only via the solutions we select, but before that, by our ability to define the right problem.

One tool to help ourselves stay competitive is how we use our questions, how fast, broad, specific are we to clarify the context and then prove that our selected solution solves the problem.
