and this is why I’ve created the Escape the Juggle Jungle workshop.
I have about 15 years of experience in software development, as a Software Engineer and Tech Lead. I am trained in communication and leadership, and for the last 5 years I’ve been supporting leaders to transform overwhelm into results and manage their time effectively so they can build strong teams and thrive in their role.
In my work with clients, I often see one of the biggest challenges: saying no. I have struggled with it myself. I see how much people need permission, awareness, and practical tools to set boundaries and start prioritising their health and energy.
That’s why I provide this workshop, to help you overcome frustration caused by being pulled in different directions and get your power back!
