Leaders Being Heard is up to transforming leadership in the corporate world through coaching, mentoring and communication training based on awareness and practice.
We promote a decentralized culture, in which each team member is a leader, being heard, empowered and contributing through communication.
What we do?
We offer leadership and communication coaching & training for leaders and team members. Based on our expertise, we also offer qualified technical mentoring in the areas of Agile Frameworks, Business Analysis and Software Development/Software Architecture.
We deliver our value through workshops, trainings, podcasts, videos and 1:1 sessions.
We have more than 15 years of experience in the IT field, technical expertise, working in teams, leading teams and projects. We understand and hear what leaders and team members deal with. We have been there. We are trained in communication, leadership and coaching.
We are the team members who passed the chasm from technical excellence to leadership mastership.

Andra Popa
Our Leader, Germany
I empower leaders to overcome challenges, be courageous and build strong teams! I am a leadership and communication coach, ICF Professional Certified Coach, with more than 15 years of experience leading technical/ IT teams. I am highly trained in coaching, communication, leadership and teamwork.
Laura Huma
Romania
I have got more than 10 years experience in the IT field with different roles: software developer, team lead, people manager and project manager. All these roles helped me build the critical and analytical thinking of a software developer and the communication and problem solving skills of a project manager. I like to work within teams and I am the person who tries to maintain the equilibrium of the team, so all can perform at their highest level.
Daiana Oprea

I have been working in the Information Technology industry as a Business Analyst for almost eight years. Currently, I am a Senior Business Analyst at a software company where I am acting both as a Proxy Product Owner and Scrum Master. In the last two years, I became a mentor within the organization, and I am helping other Business Analysts grow as professionals, spreading the Agile mindset and best practices.
I think leadership must be earned, and I like challenges, so I decided to join Leaders Being Heard to fuel my continuous desire for knowledge and learn more about coaching and leadership.

I am equally passionate about technology and tech leadership, about creating an environment that makes teams thrill and their members achieve their potential. Currently, I am a Lead Architect within a technology company.
Cristina Gheorghiu

Cristina Gheorghiu, CBAP, has 15 years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis in a variety of projects, both in the public and private sector. She has been part of the Romanian Business Analysis community for many years and has contributed to its professional growth. She has been an active member of the IIBA Romania Chapter, with special contribution between 2017 and 2023, when she was Education and Certification Director for 5 years and President of the chapter for 1 year.

I am an experienced project manager and agile enthusiast with 25 years experience in delivering value to customers. I worked in different roles and was exposed to a variety of project types, cultures and organizations. I am passionate about working with people, growing together with them, and in the past years have been involved in training programs and volunteering work. Outside work, I am passionate about fitness, reading, writing and being a husband and dad.
