You might need BA Version 2.0 if any of this rings true:

“You already work in or near a Business Analyst role. You’ve learned the frameworks, maybe even run a few initiatives—but when it comes to navigating tough conversations or managing expectations under pressure, things still feel shaky. Business Analysis does not seem to work anymore.”

“You understand the analysis side, but when it comes to asserting your ideas, setting boundaries, or pushing back respectfully, it’s a constant struggle between staying polite and getting things done.”

“You’re good with the documents and the processes, but feel uncomfortable handling conflict, managing demanding stakeholders, or saying no without guilt.”

If your heart skipped a beat reading this, we have something just for you:
An online soft-skills training designed to strengthen the professional backbone of every Business Analyst who wants to go from competent to confident.

What you will learn:

  • Use assertive communication in Business Analysis contexts
  • How to speak up diplomatically, especially when things are unclear, off track, or unrealistic
  • Tools to navigate difficult conversations and deliver tough messages with empathy and clarity
  • Practical techniques to listen actively, respond under pressure, and rewrite passive/aggressive patterns

The program is for you if:

  • You’re already working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, and you’re ready to level up your communication and leadership presence
  • You often find yourself caught between business and tech, unsure how to assert priorities or manage competing needs
