How to find out what emotions you have in a certain situation

Start in the middle. Choose an emotion (e.g., “Surprised” – purple). Ask yourself, “Did I feel this way?”Yes? Write it down.
Continue with the same colour (e.g., purple – “Alarmed”,” “Confused”). Ask the same question for each “Did I feel like this?”

If yes, move forward another step until you have checked off all the emotions in the same colour. Write down all the emotions that apply to you.
Go back to the centre. Choose the next colour and do the same thing. And then the next, and then the next, until you have ticked them all off.

There is no right answer, there is no limited number of answers, write down the ones you answer “yes” to. The idea is to get a deeper sense of how you felt – mixed, different emotions.
