18:10 – 18:40 Sharing information not noise

Speaker:  Marius Popa

In today’s world how can we make the difference between the content that is generated by AI and the content that is generated by humans. How the essence of things, the crux of a solution, can be passed further, when more text is, in general, more appreciated by our customers, as this provides the illusion of a more comprehensive description. For us, as humans, in life and in business our time is finite and the ability to understand faster is in general a must. So, how can we do it when we entangle it in the first place?

This talk will explore the aspects of information sharing in the era of noise sharing.

18:40 – 18:50 Break

18:50 – 19:20 Clear the Clutter in Client Meetings

Speaker: Cristina Gheorghiu

We are all different and want to be heard. In client meetings where knowledge owners tend to dominate the conversation, regardless of the agenda, we may find it challenging to steer towards our goals.

In this presentation, I invite you to explore strategies to regain focus in these meetings, maximize our outcomes, and strengthen our positive rapport with our conversation partners.

19:20 – 20:00 Panel discussion – How do we fight noise?

Tuesday – 10th Dec – 17:30 CET

17:30-18:30  Cut through the noise: Find your focus (workshop)

Speaker: Andra Popa

In today’s fast-paced work environment, how well you stay focused and cut through the noise can make the difference between you enjoying your job or experiencing overwhelm.

Whether you are aiming to enjoy your job or enhance your work-life balance, your success will lie in your ability to establish and maintain boundaries. In this interactive workshop, you’ll assess the impact of this noise, uncover what’s holding you back from addressing it, and create actions to reclaim your focus.

18:30 – 18:40 Break

18:40 – 19:10 Scaling Trust – using Game Theory to build long term partnerships in a competitive environment

Speaker: Mihai Tanase

In the increasingly competitive and divisive context we all live in,  we have a very strong tendency to not trust many people outside of a very small group. On the other hand, we do need to interact with more and more people but because of the lack of trust, our chances to collaborate exponentially decrease … And everybody loses!

In this context, Game Theory could significantly help us understand the mechanics of cooperation and how to build long term partnerships, even when self-interest may suggest otherwise. More specifically, in this presentation, we will examine a set of logical, provable and easy-to-understand instruments that you can leverage to detect the behavioral patterns of the people you interact with, to better anticipate their next move and how this might affect you and so that you can reliably choose the right strategy to move forward.

19:10 – 19:50 Panel discussion – When does AI become noise?

19:50 – 20:00 Prize awards and raffle

For the rest of 20+ years, I’ve been leading teams, projects, teams of teams, departments and business units. Throughout this time, I’ve always been fascinated by how and why people cooperate and how they build, cultivate, lose, recover and amplify trust, along the way.  Regardless of my various roles, I’ve always had the most joy when I’ve helped build strong teams and then I’ve witnessed them forge their spirit  and grow with every success and every challenge. This workshop is my way of sharing what I’ve learned in this journey.
