What you will learn:

  • Key differentiators for the Product Owner – from developers, scrum masters, and business analysts
  • To work with a product vision and to define meaningful objectives
  • The road from product capabilities to user stories and how to feed them into a backlog
  • Tools and techniques for prioritizing work, defining requirements, and structuring your product roadmap

  • You’ve been assigned the PO role, or you’re transitioning into it and need a structured place to begin
  • You’ve read about Product Ownership or watched some videos, but the puzzle pieces don’t quite fit together
  • You already work in Agile projects and want to step up into more responsibility
  • You want to stop feeling like you’re guessing and start working with clarity, structure, and confidence

How will the training be organized:

  • Online channel – so you can attend it from the comfort of your home and not spend time in the traffic
  • 4 sessions – the program is designed based on the experience and learnings of the trainer and is built to cover the minimum knowledge and skills needed to be an appreciated Product Owner. It cannot be smaller than this 😊
  • 2hours/session – in this fast-paced world, focus for more than 2 hours in a row is a challenge in itself. We want to make it possible for you to keep focused
  • Maximum of 4 participants per program – we want all participants to have enough space to engage in the conversations and maximize their learning during the program
  • No homework – we know that you are a busy person, so we only rely on the time spent with us
  • One additional follow up session after 1 month, to check on your progress with the information you gathered during the program.

Cristina Gheorghiu, CBAP, has 15 years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis in a variety of projects, both in the public and private sector. She has been part of the Business Analysis community for many years and has contributed to its professional growth. She has been an active member of the IIBA Romania Chapter, with special contribution between 2017 and 2023 when she was Education and Certification Director for 5 years and President of the chapter for 1 year. Now, along with her day to day job, she is focused on creating a customized learning experience for the (wanna-be) Business Analysts through mentoring and training.
