About the trainer:

Florin is a highly experienced Agile and Project Management professional with over 26 years of experience in the IT Software field, half of them in the role of Project and Program manager. He has a proven track record of managing large, complex, technology-oriented projects and programmes for public and private accounts. Florin has a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and has successfully delivered software applications/components following a diversity of methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) spanning multiple industry sectors (Public Administration, FMCG, Services and Consulting, Oil & Gas, Banking, Finance, Telecom, Insurance, B2B). Florin was involved in many international projects with distributed teams and was exposed to a vast range of cultural diversity. In the last 15 years of his career, Florin has been also involved in business development and operational management activities.
