During the program you bring situations that are occurring right now in your life. All sessions take place Thursdays 15.30-17.30 CET.
Session 1, September 12th 2024: Responsibilities as a Tech Lead
Get clear about your responsibilities and the expectations others have of you.
Session 2, September 26th 2024: Awareness & Communication challenges
- Challenges inside the team – Get clear on your challenges you are facing NOW inside the team and how to deal with them
- Challenges with other stakeholders – Get clear on your challenges you are facing NOW with other departments/stakeholders and how to deal with them
Session 3, October 10th 2024: Communication & Leadership tools
- The mirror – Learn how to get clear on the expectations you have from others
- Grow others – Learn to get clear on your underneath intentions when communicating
Session 4, October 24th 2024: Communication & Leadership tools
- Trust your gut – Learn how to when something is not clear or unresolved for you, to acknowledge it and deal with it afterwards
- Boundaries – Learn to own your schedule, be in communication about your availability and manage time in meetings. Learn to question things and make your life work
Session 5, November 7th 2024: Communication & Leadership tools
- When you engage, you lose – Learn to stick to facts and not engage into reasons.
- Impact the future – Learn to focus on the future. “What can we do in the future?” vs “Who’s to blame?”
Session 6, November 21st 2024: Reflection as a tool
You will learn to use the reflection tool in any situation. During the program, you will reflect on:
- Code review
- Onboarding
- Career development
And as a result you will get clarity around these topics.
Session 7, December 5th 2024: What’s next?
We will look at what other experienced Tech Leads are saying and what’s next for you.
How is my progress being tracked?
Your progress is being tracked through self-assessments taken before Session 1, Session 3, Session 5 and Session 7. The progress will be discussed 1:1.
When does the next program start?
The next program starts on September 12th 2024. The live sessions take place every 2 weeks on Thursdays 15.30-17.30 CET.
How do I register?
The price for the program is 700 €.
You can secure your spot by paying the 100 € deposit using the button bellow. For the remaining amount, you will receive a separate email to do the payment, before the program starts.

Hi! I’m Andra
and this is why I’ve created the TL Accelerator program
I have about 15 years of experience in software development, as a Software Engineer and Tech Lead, I am trained in communication and leadership, and for the last 3 years I’ve been supporting Tech Leads to transform overwhelm into results, and effectively manage their time so they can build strong teams and thrive in their role!
This experience has shown me that when you transition from Software Engineer to Tech Lead you need a different set of skills that you did not have the chance to use. This becomes overwhelming, you deal with challenges everyday and you have no idea where to start from to make this work.
That’s why I support Tech Leads by giving them simple tools to communicate clearly and confidently.
